HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the full spectrum of HR functions encompassing recruitment & selection, staff training and development, payroll administration, claims & benefits administration and staff welfare;
  2. Provide administrative support in corporate events, travel arrangement, requisition of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and office operations;
  3. Maintain proper HR and Admin documentation;
  4. Operate front desk services.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in use of MS Office and HR software.
  5. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain full sets of accounts, AP/AR/GL, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, management reporting, month end closing;
  2. Prepare and monitor daily company expense payment and collection process;
  3. Perform cheques issuance and bank transfer and handle bank transactions settlements.
Requirements:
  1. At least LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  2. At least 3 years partial/full sets accounting experience
  3. Responsible, hardworking, independent, and attention to details
  4. Proficient in use of MS Office and accounting software
  5. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  6. Only open to Singaporean/PR.

ENVIRONMENT CONTROL OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Devise, co-ordinate and implement all Environmental Control Programmes
  2. Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations
  3. Produce site environmental control audit and investigation.
  4. Conduct environmental public health at the site and conduct training
  5. Perform statutory roles of NEA and maintain good environmental health standards.
  6. Co-ordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting.
  7. Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the relevant authorities.
  8. Advice the site including foreign workers on all matters related to Safety / Environmental issues.
  9. Promote practices in meeting BCA – Green & Gracious.
Requirements:
  1. Min. in Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
  2. Possess ECO certificate
  3. More than 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  4. Able to start work within a short period.
  5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Environmental / Health Safety or equivalent. .
  6. Full-time position available.
  7. Prepared to work on weekends and Public holidays when required.

REGISTERED SAFETY OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation and implementation of Safety programmes
  2. Advice on work plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedure.
  3. Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection.
  4. Prepare and submit weekly safety report.
  5. Conduct group tool box meeting & act as secretary of the safety committee.
  6. Advice the site including foreign workers on all matters related to Safety / Environmental issues.
Requirements:
  1. Min. in Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
  2. Registered Safety Officer & possess ECO certificate
  3. More than 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  4. Able to start work within a short period.
  5. Must be trained in hazard identification and risk assessment methodology.
  6. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Environmental / Health Safety or equivalent.
  7. Full-time position available.
  8. Prepared to work on weekends and Public holidays when required.
