HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions encompassing recruitment & selection, staff training and development, payroll administration, claims & benefits administration and staff welfare;
- Provide administrative support in corporate events, travel arrangement, requisition of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and office operations;
- Maintain proper HR and Admin documentation;
- Operate front desk services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in use of MS Office and HR software.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full sets of accounts, AP/AR/GL, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, management reporting, month end closing;
- Prepare and monitor daily company expense payment and collection process;
- Perform cheques issuance and bank transfer and handle bank transactions settlements.
Requirements:
- At least LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years partial/full sets accounting experience
- Responsible, hardworking, independent, and attention to details
- Proficient in use of MS Office and accounting software
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Only open to Singaporean/PR.

ENVIRONMENT CONTROL OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise, co-ordinate and implement all Environmental Control Programmes
- Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations
- Produce site environmental control audit and investigation.
- Conduct environmental public health at the site and conduct training
- Perform statutory roles of NEA and maintain good environmental health standards.
- Co-ordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting.
- Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the relevant authorities.
- Advice the site including foreign workers on all matters related to Safety / Environmental issues.
- Promote practices in meeting BCA – Green & Gracious.
Requirements:
- Min. in Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Possess ECO certificate
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Able to start work within a short period.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Environmental / Health Safety or equivalent. .
- Full-time position available.
- Prepared to work on weekends and Public holidays when required.

REGISTERED SAFETY OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of Safety programmes
- Advice on work plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedure.
- Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection.
- Prepare and submit weekly safety report.
- Conduct group tool box meeting & act as secretary of the safety committee.
- Advice the site including foreign workers on all matters related to Safety / Environmental issues.
Requirements:
- Min. in Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Registered Safety Officer & possess ECO certificate
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Able to start work within a short period.
- Must be trained in hazard identification and risk assessment methodology.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Environmental / Health Safety or equivalent.
- Full-time position available.
- Prepared to work on weekends and Public holidays when required.
